Interview
I did a round of interviews for one position, did not get it. They called me back 6 weeks later for another position. In total, I met with 11 people over 3 months between the two positions. By the time I got to the last round, I was told it was a formality to make sure I was a fit with my peers. Very poor HR communication on that last round of interviews, and I pretty much was ghosted, never heard a thing. They should at least close the loop with that much interviewing, though I did learn thru the interviews that their internal organization and structure is pretty much in disarray.

The questions were pretty basic, nothing out of the ordinary.
I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Plexus Worldwide (Scottsdale, AZ) in Aug 2016
Interview
I had a initial phone screen interview. It went very well. The gentleman who did the phone screen was very nice, informative and spoke very highly of the organization and I was excited that I was being considered for the position. He said he would discuss my credentials with the Executive and let me know either way of the outcome by the end of the day. I never heard back from him and that was rather disappointing. That didn't leave a good impression of the company and I thought maybe it's a good thing. My advice to the company, do what you say you will do, follow through even if the news isn't favorable. Most people can handle it, not being called back is rude and doesn't reflect well on the company's image.
