Plus Relocation Relocation Specialist interview questions

Great company! 2nd stage of the recruitment process is to meet Diane the hiring manager in London. I could have not been so comfortable in an interview. I was introduced to the team after, which is a very nice touch and never you would experience that in any stage of the interview process. You can feel the lovely atmosphere and close family ties of the team. It truely reflects the vission, mission and values so closely in Plus. What a desirable place to work and spend the rest of my career. If I am unfortunate to be part of this company I am sincerely would like to join voluntarily. Lots of obstacles to pass through before you can be a fully Plus employee as was explained in the onset of the process by Amber but I do understand as they want the best and they invest a lot in looking for a right person to fit in to the team.

You will first interview with HR and then shadow people on the job. The person you shadow with will give their feedback as to whether they believe you will fit it. Then likely the next interview will be with the hiring manager. If they like you and believe that you would fit in you will have a 3rd interview and then asked to take a computer based test.
