We had an interview during a Zoom Call. The conversation with the recruiter clearly outlined all job responsibilities, salary and expectations. It is an English first call center and the employees are native Spanish speakers. We also discussed next steps that would follow the call. I do not currently have the residency requirements to work in the role.
