Interview
I was called by the recruiter. She explained to me that she thought I would be better fit for the Account Development Manager position. I agreed to interview for this position despite not applying for it. The recruiter explained that if things didn’t work out with this position I didn’t even apply for then we would look at going with what I had originally applied for. After my second phone interview with the account development manager I knew it didn’t go well and I wouldn’t receive an offer. I attempted to reach out to the recruiter. I received an automated email telling me I hadn’t been accepted for the account development manager. I have yet to receive any communication from the recruiter about interviewing for the other position.

Interview
The process was long and very full of themselves. I did find it smooth however. Finally when I got an in person interview i feel it was a repeat of the phone interview and I barely got a chance to say anything I’ve accomplished.
The interview was a joke. They were supposed to have two people interview me, one showed up 20 minutes late to an interview that lasted 30 minutes. They asked me why I had chosen them and about my history and then told me that I was not a good fit for them. I feel that they discriminated against me because of my age!
