Pogoda Companies interview questions

I was told about the opening from a current employee. Interview was set up via email and scheduled within 24 hours. We met at the location I was interviewing for. The interview was around 30 minutes, and there was almost 30 minutes worth of paperwork after. Paperwork included a personality test, and basic grammar/punctuation, signature for background check.

Very informal. Found out about position through a friend who was already an employee. Met regional manager at property but interview was held at a nearby restaurant. Returned to the property and was given a personality test to answer.
