I submitted an on-line application, had a phone interview with direct supervisor, I flew out to San Diego for an on-site interview with VP, direct supervisor, student panel, student development panel, and I gave a presentation to 25 student development professionals. They put me up at the Humphrey's hotel on shelter island.
