I had my first interview with the HR representative. He was very friendly. We had a great conversation. He immediately referred me to an interview with the IT manager. During that interview, I answered all of his questions correctly. Later, I received an email notifying me that I had been rejected, without receiving proper feedback explaining the reasons why my application was rejected and the qualifications I lacked to fill the position.
