Before meeting anyone at the company was asked to complete a 3+ hr skills assessment that consisted of several one-way on-camera interview questions. Doing a lengthy skills assessment before meeting a candidate is always a red flag for me and shows the company values their time over mine. It is also not a fair representation of skills for a relationship building role that the candidate not interact with another person.
