slow process asking same question all the time , they just want quick turn round of staff , coms very poor would try go direct if i was you , lloyds seem better , more organised

Very good. Friendly and professional. Felt nervous but put at ease. First was an informal chat followed by a virtual (AI) interview where you get to record your answers. Not done anything like this before but it went well.
