I sent in a resume via Craigslist. I was immediately invited for an interview, and given a job offer the next week. The interview was short and implied they needed me more than usual. They were desperate, and I accepted the entry-level position to gain experience. My boss immediately appreciated me, and managed to keep me from looking for another company over the summer.
