Simple process, 1 call with HR then with the department's director.
2 weeks between interviews.
The 2nd interview was focused on previous work experiences, knowledge of the Porsche group and the automotive industry.
Received offer around 1 month after the 2nd interview.
They make you do a 1 way recorded interview with AI. Then if they like your responses, a teams meeting with a couple of people on the team. Standard interview questions.

Very standard approach, but hiring manager tends to be very critical and creates unpleasant vibe if the applicant appears to be nervous, better be prepared to give short and meaningful answer rather then long ones.
