Multiple steps
started from recruiter screening, hiring manager round, business case study round, technical round, HR discussion.
Business case study was not well defined especially the RCA problem was very niche and honestly it doesn't make sense.
SQL in Tech round was unnecessarily difficult.
The interview process was decent however there was no official mail or call from the team after the interview process. I had to do continuous follow-ups to get updates on my interview round. I believe these little things talk a lot about the company's culture and way of working.

Interview
Lot of unrelated questions to the job description. Interviewer expected a DS+Analyst+Consultant kind of guy with analytics skills as well when thr salary was that of just 1. To be fair lots of startups haven't really figured out what they want and thdn end up talking vague interviews wasting both the Candidate as well as their own time
