The manager was extremely friendly, and was thoughtful about asking questions outside of the job. It was beneficial because I was able to hear about his experience and career up to now.

I applied online, within a week was called in for interview and then a second interview. Process was easy, apply through the career site because you'll be asked to regardless. Dress nice and smile, be ready to answer questions.

Interview
2 rounds of interview, both times they ask you to tell them about yourself, hobbies, etc. They also ask about your availability. The second interview was more advanced and more questions are asked. As long as you know how to answer them, you should be ok. I noticed they are a bit picky with who they are hiring.
