Postscript Customer Support interview questions

If selected after filling out the application, there's a one way interview. After completing the interview, they said I didn't have enough experience which is a waste of time-i went through the process when I was never going to get hired.Please improve your system so that people's time isn't wasted. The intro on how to do the one way interview was extremely casual to the point I was getting mixed messages- should I hangout in my tank top and casual clothes to do the interview? I couldn't quite tell what was appropriate but dressed professionally for it despite the mixed messages. Overall besides the negative experience Postscript seems like a solid place.
