Short phone screen followed by 1 week of waiting to get back to me. They did not ask a lot of technical questions or seem very interested in a background in engineering. I was surprised that there was not better followup at the time but ultimately was not selected for the job. I think that this is a good company but the the hiring process didn't exactly go as expected.
