Applied through Linkedin, and after being reached out to via email, I set up a phone interview. Within a few days, I recieved an offer over the phone, and an official offer through email.

What is one instance where you disagreed with the direction or rules to an authority figure? How did you deal with it?

Interview
The process was smooth. 30min phone screening and an on-site interview about two weeks later. They showed me the facilities and met some of the colleagues who work there. They are very nice and they made the interview very friendly and not stressful.
