normal, the offer letter needs lots of waiting time, but overall is normal as other companies. compare to other company is fine, not good or bad. i think thats pretty much it, nothing to say, thirty words is toooo much haha

Interview
First, you need to fill out your basic information on the company's official website.
Once you arrive at the company, you will take an aptitude test and an English test, which only assesses reading skills.
The process starts with an interview with HR, followed by a meeting with the assistant manager, and concludes with an interview with the department manager.
The overall interview process is straightforward. They mainly ask if you are open to shift work and supervising operators.
