4 stages, initial cv screening following by a pre recorded video interview on a current news topic. This was then followed by an interview with a senior consultant. I was told I had made the final stage and that I would receive an email that day about interview times. After then waiting for about a month, I received a generic email stating that I my application was unsuccessful.
