Initial communication was good, went through phone screen with recruiter, second phone interview with first level supervisor, third interview with director and took extensive assessment tests; passed them all with flying colors. From start of process to end took a month and a half, mainly due to being ghosted by the recruiter for 3 weeks till I finally had to call corporate discovering they'd decided to post the position again for another candidate. Bad business practices!
