A recruiter reached out to me saying I'd be a good fit for the position. I was looking to change jobs so I accepted. I initially spoke with a recruiter, then the hiring manager. Thought things went good. Then spoke to three other people. After that, I had to take a 2 hour long assessment. Waited about 3 weeks and then got rejected with no real reasoning behind it. Would be nice to know where I messed up. I'm pretty sure I nailed both the interview and the assessment, but maybe I was wrong.
