In my first interview, I had a casual conversation with the director, who provided me with an overview of the company. In the second interview, I met with the art team leader, who asked me detailed questions about how I would create a specific scene.

Question 1
How would you design this interior to fit within the concept of the scene?
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Preloaded (London, England) in Mar 2023
Interview
I first met with the ECD for an introductory chat. He was open and honest about why the previous person in the position left, and what measures were being put in place to prevent that from happening again. He was very passionate about what the company does and clearly believed in the work and the people. There were two more interviews following that (approx 1 hr each, just over 1 week apart) with the leadership team. The first a structured conversation; and the second with all the questions being provided in advance to ensure that I could be fully prepared. This was extremely appreciated and it went a long way to reducing my anxiety, which enabled my true self to shine through in the interview. Clear communication was provided each step of the way, and I felt supported throughout the whole process.
