I submitted my resume online. Received a call about 20 minutes later. Had an interview that afternoon. Offered the job on the spot. Wasn't asked to take a drug test (should've been a major red flag)

Filled out online application. Called in for an interview. Spoke with Director of Nursing. Offered position. The process was surprisingly simple. However I soon learned that they churn thru nurses like no other company I've experienced.
