Easy, you pretty much have the job if you're interviewed, unless you really do something bad. I was there just shopping around and one of my friends pointed me out that I wanted a job. ( I already filled out an application weeks ago. ) They took me right to the interview room and did it right there. It was very easy and I got the job.
