We set a date and time via email. The interview was around 30 mins with very basic interview questions in the local language and around 5-10 min were in English.

Long but expected questions. 3 rounds of interview. First on paper, second two by video call. Question regarding expected salary were asked every time. I was waiting approximately 2 months from first round to final offer. HR team was kind friendly and response.

Interview went suprisingly well and plesant. Interviwer was genuinely interested in me and my ambitions and aspirations, and ask lots of questions, even suggested a position that would suit me better considering my interests and my personality. Interview lasted around 30-45 min, it was both on english and croatian. Every detail about job was said upfront in first interview. Unfortunately, salary is extremely low, esspecially since they require high degree for this job, so I rejected.
