Met with HR at first, then with my direct report, then with the CEO. I was told that the CEO meets with virtually everyone at the corporate HQ before an offer is made, which helps to illustrate the level to which he is involved on a day-to-day basis with the company.

Received an email about a face to face interview after submitting my resume. Had a great meeting with the HR person who was going to follow up with me in 3 days. After a week she responded to my emails to come in and meet with the Marketing Mgr. face to face.

Most unexpected..."we filled the position that you interviewed for but feel you would be a great fit for a different position. Would you like to discuss it?"
