I first spoke with talent acquisition for about 20 minutes. After which they set up the first of 2 full interviews. After the first interview talent acquisition set up a second interview. After the second interview I maintained contact with my talent acquisition rep but never received a decision either way and just the run around about departmental and staffing rearrangements. Both interviews were very casual with the interviewer doing as much talking as I did in response to my questions over the course of an hour. They seemed unorganized.
