First spoke with someone from HR and she was very kind and professional. Then I spoke with my would-be boss and it went downhill. Not only was it a virtual interview where he refused to turn on his camera but throughout the entire interview he acted very condescending. I could tell I would not want to work for him. He said he wanted someone who is smart and not lazy. Well yes, I don't know any employer who wants otherwise. I didn't even send a thank you note afterward.
