      Application

      Interview

First I was invited to their office in Amsterdam for a numerical test. Yes, something you should be very familiar with, just speed arithmetic. There were 3 rounds, I can't remember the exact number of questions for each test, but it was quite similar to other trading companies' tests. A few days later I was told I passed the test and was invited for an interview. Then I failed there. They are looking for people that could directly express their ideas to the ones who are in higher positions, such as CEO. Time is indeed money for them so they cannot afford to waste 1 second on your hesitation.

      Question 1

What would you do if CEO misinterpret your words?
