Interview
Two phone acreening rounds followed by face to face rounds of close to 7 rounds. One bar raiser round . This was again followed by two more phone rounds of interview. Extremely professional and well scheduled interview process.

Question 1
Case studies and examples from past experience. Questions related to current job role and hypothetical scenarios. Technical questions. People management related questions. Questions like , give me an example of handling a low performer in your team. Give me an example where you had to do a lot of data analysis to arrive at a solution. Etc.

Slow process. 5 rounds, poor coordination, long waiting for getting the feedback. Kept following up but didn't get response. Too many rounds, feel management not practical. Not par with Amazon. Better to join other company and building and food is bad. CTC what I heard is not as per market. Better to join other place
