Privé Revaux interview questions

Interview was over the phone. Basically had me explain my experience, then the woman explained to me the role. She said they are having a problem with employees showing up to work, and need someone who will work shifts that employees do not show up for. In addition, I would be managing all kiosks in the area. There were not other questions. After I said I would be fine with the responsibilities, she said she would call me back after speaking with my references. A few hours later, she emailed me with an offer with poor pay. I emailed back to see if she would be open to negotiation, and I never received a reply.
