It was a pretty straightforward interview process.
Honestly, I was having a great experience with the interview process until a certain point. I made it past the technical assessment and moved on to the loop where they told me that it would be 30 minutes of behavioral questions and 60 minutes of review of the technical assessment amongst other conceptual questions. I emailed several times asking for clarification on the upcoming interview.
Not only was the entire interview completely different, I was thrown off guard by having to spend the next 90 minutes being bombarded with questions on how to build a Trello board from scratch. Didn't think I did terrible (felt I did okay at least) but I also didn't feel prepared whatsoever, and most of the interviewers were not friendly at all.
Tried to ask them for an additional interview/any considerations before I got the rejection, given that I was told the wrong information to prep but I didn't receive a response from that.
Spent a lot of time prepping for this interview process, to be screwed over. I don't know how they expect to become a tech-focused company when they can't get their interview process correctly communicated.
