Very relaxed environment, met with the hiring manager at the head office for 20-25 minutes. There were some questions about my background and qualifications followed by some situational questions about lifeguarding. The hiring manager was very friendly and the interview felt more like a conversation.

They tell you that you got the job and go on to talk about your responsibilites such as what you have to do etc. They also check your National Life guard Service Cert and standard first aid.
