Simple. They have a turn & burn process to get a cheek in the seats to begin making calls for them. They take you on a tour, make a ton of insinuations and comments about how much money you can make, when all you have to do is call, etc. All BS.

Call from HR after the application submission. Then they send you an online assessment. HR coordinates a video interview with the Sales Director. They fly you to MI for one night. You interview for a couple hours and then are brought back to the airport immediately after.
