Interview
The interview process was pretty easy. I only lasted 2 rounds. The first interview you could tell the COO was taking the call from the car. Second interview was in person where I met the CEO Jonathan. He told me I reminded him of his nanny and he begin to use curse words during the interview.

This was a very unprofessional interview process. HR reached out to me for an introductory call, but no one called me at the time we scheduled. I reached out about this and HR apologized and scheduled me to have an interview with the COO. At the time of the interview, no one showed up and HR reached out to apologize again. I was rescheduled for a third time and I was ghosted again. The HR team and leadership should consider getting candidates hopes up for an interview that you never intend on attending. Being scheduled three times for an interview and never speaking to anyone is very discouraging and quite frankly inconsiderate on ProMedia's part.
