I applied on Indeed and was contacted by a phone call, Erin left me a nice & personal voicemail. We soon scheduled a zoom interview where there were 2 ProNexus employees on the call and they explained in-depth about the company and what they were looking for. I could tell they really wanted to know if we were a good match for each other and it was enjoyable. Then, they asked me a bit about my background - and to learn more about me, it all felt very personalized which I appreciated. Later we set up a time to meet in person, this isn't always applicable I now know - it was very position specific. I was able to meet everyone in the office including the partners and founders of the firm. I was given an offer about 2 days after which I greatly accepted.
