Inundated process for a temp position. The process includes: Criteria Assessment, 8 open-ended essay style questions in order to schedule interview with Recruiter, AFTER assessment. Phone Call with Recruiter to discuss the overall structure of company and position as well as why you're looking for new role. Passed recruiter screen to meet virtually with hiring manager. The Hiring Manager was late to the interview and was very short on their answers without giving any depth. I was informed there would be additional rounds of interviewing, again, all of this for a temporary position.
