I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Probe Information Services
Interview
The one thing this company seems to be thorough with is their interview process, as it involved a phone call, Skype interview, and meeting up with a senior investigator. However they make you do assessments that are irrelevant, and frankly a waste of time. The pay offered for this position is WAY too low. Probe claims they compensate better than their competitors but that is simply not true. Salary and benefits are not always the most important thing when evaluating a job, however this company had nothing else to offer. Previous employee feedback is also concerning. Both the supervisors and HR were stumped when I asked about growth opportunity, seemed like they had a script because the reality is there doesn’t seem to be any opportunity to grow. I would only consider this if you have no other options, I do not recommend this job for people with college degrees.

Question 1
How would your experiences help you in a career as a claims investigator
I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Probe Information Services (Sacramento, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
After applying I received an email to set up a phone interview. They called within 5 minutes of the time that was scheduled. The girl on the other end seemed nice but it was the driest interview I have ever had in my life. It was terrible. She didn't show a single sign of any emotion the entire time. I was asked 5 or 6 questions that were all "Tell me about a time when...." along with some other basic stuff. After that was finished I was informed that I would hear back in either 2 or 3 weeks if I was selected for a second interview, and that it when I got a call back depended on how busy management was. It was definitely phrased in a way that implied they would call me back whenever they felt like.
