Their processes are long, but what really bothers me is that they come to the meeting too late and their system is wrong. I received an e-mail that you passed first process, but then I received an e-mail from a different e-mail address that I could not pass the process. Then they said it was a mistake. We had the interviewing, but it was bad both for me and for them.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Prodrive Technologies (Eindhoven)

First IQ test, then I got the coding assignment. When done, I was invited to the office for the rest of the interview. I recommend it, and it was not very difficult.

I applied online, had to wait several weeks for a response and then an interview was scheduled at the company. (post-covid) - Both programming and intelligence test had to be completed, but super easy - Two talks at company, first focussed on company itself, second focussed at the open position
