I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Productiv in Apr 2021
Interview
A recruiter called me and scheduled the session. The first round was easy and had 2 extremely basic problems. In the 2nd round, the interviewer was incompetent. Throughout the round, the interviewer kept condescending me and putting unnecessary comments on work which he wasn't able to understand. I told him about my work on infrastructure projects dealing with high scalability and performance, but he didn't understand it and kept on thinking about it as some sort of service which just exposes endpoints and writes to a database, trying to probably continuously relate to to his own work.
The problem was a simple and standard DP problem. I eventually was able to solve the problem using a dp approach (Recursion with memoization) and produce correct output for their input cases. However, the person questioned me how is it dp, if I am using recursion. That spilled the beans over interviewer's own knowledge on the topic. Extremely unpleasant experience and a complete waste of time. Even after solving the question correctly with the correct solution and trying to explain the solution to the interviewer, the process stopped.

I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Productiv (Bengaluru) in May 2021
Interview
One exploratory discussion
One Problem Solving round
The interviewer in the problem-solving round was extremely egotist and condescending in his approach and tone during the course of the interview. He kept misguiding me while I was coding the discussed approach, which is totally against the idea of guiding the candidate towards a solution.
Obviously, such an experience hints at the kind of intra-team and inter-team communication/relation within the company as well. Hence, not a place to look forward to working at.
