Reading assessment and having to say words that had to be studied from a pamphlet. Through a zoon meeting that was about 1 hour. Training is required once hired the pay is low but once the training is over then the pay rate increase.

Applied online. After a week got a mail to schedule for a face to face interview. attended an interview at spring, Tx, got there before 5 min and asked to read a script and asked about previous experience and some situational and behavioral questions.
