The interview was pretty standard. Usual interview questions. Asked about my work background and if I could be able to handle the flexibility. He was very straightforward with me about the job expectations. I pretty much got the job on the spot.
The process was easy. Applied online through indeed and took online assessment a few weeks later and then a call. Requires IRS check and background check before an offer is given

Quick phone interview got offer immediately and they sent over all the Onboarding. Not sure if that is a sign they are desperate for people but am desperate for a job too lol

Was a phone interview. Spoke to the interviewer, who asked me about job history, how I handle high stress days, etc. Interviewer was very friendly and was enjoying speaking with them
