I got to PF by a recluter agency. I had a call with the lead recluter at PF, he explained what the company was, their perspective and vision for the future. That interview also looked as a cultural fit one. I got scheduled a Technical Interview 2 days after, it was an skype call, to people showed up. They gave me a codepen live share environment and it took arround 30-40 minutes, they asked me to refactor something and to make another thing work. I replied to every question and make the refactor and the thing to work. They gave me some feedback, all the time there where super kind and friendly. No technical questions where made like, what is scope, closure, etc. They use react as their main framework but no react questions on the call. 24h later, the guy from the recluter company told me they liked me but where looking for someone more senior and they have me in mind for something later in the year which not sure how to take. So looks like they do this a lot.
