Just Another sad company that overuses system automation to turn and burn candidates. I applied and asked that my interview not be “summarized” by AI and yet it was used. The whole time, the person was looking off camera and reading a script to ask really stereotypical questions. There was no natural dialogue or connection. If you’re gonna be a robot then hire a robot to do the interview. I could have saved time and energy and avoided this whole underwhelming and distasteful experience.
