Prospect Capital Restaurants interview questions

The interview process itself was fine and normal. I was reached out to by the recruiter and then had a hiring manager interview (with the HR Director). The recruiter and HR director seemed nice, I just did not appreciate how long it took to get back to me. First contact was 8/8 from the recruiter, 8/10 was the interview. I sent a follow up on 8/11 and then was ghosted. I’m not the type to keep following up to get an update, because that’s the recruiter and hiring managers responsibility. Any communication would have been appreciated. I got an email 9/13 saying I wasn’t selected for further consideration, which I had already figured after over 35 days of silence. Just treat people how you’d want to be treated is all, especially after you just talked about being a people first culture and caring about your employees.
