Prosum Recruiter interview questions

Rush, rush, rush...was contacted by a recruiter via email which I thought was unprofessional. A phone call would have been nice, instead played email tag. I was rushed to make an appointment for a phone interview, then again got more emails to rush me to make an appointment for a in person interview. Was interviewed by people who had little or no training in the field. I was unclear on what kind of company this really was. They claim to be some consulting firm, but that is very misleading. This is an employment agency.
