      Marketing Coordinator Interview

      1 Aug 2018
      Anonymous employee
      Ellicott City, MD
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Prosync (Ellicott City, MD) in Oct 2017

      Interview

The process took about an hour. I met with an HR rep, the COO, the CFO and the CEO in an interview panel setting. I was briefed on what the company does, how the corporate office runs, and the requirements for the position. Each person asked me different questions about my skills, background, and personality type. It was a positive experience and not as nerve-wracking as other interviews. They more wanted to make sure I could handle the pace of the company based on my personality and way that I handle stress rather than evaluating my skills and experience to fit the job.
