While the interview process was great and I enjoyed the interactions I had with the team at different stages of interview. The feedback after the interview was a very unprofessional experience. After spending a lot of time preparing for different interview stages including the presentation that I was requested to do at a final stage I didn't even receive a call back from the recruiter to inform me about the outcome. I have tried to reach the recruiter several times unsuccessfully and only after few weeks of silence I received an email saying they would like to consider me for another role. Unsurprisingly, I did not receive a response when I asked to hear more about this other role. It felt like they just used interview process to get ideas for their own company, not even sure this role actually existed.
