The interview process was straightforward, but the expectations are completely unrealistic. They are looking to pay ~$120k for a single developer to single-handedly build multiple applications and implement AI across the entire company. Furthermore, the interviewers lacked a basic understanding of AI, failing to grasp fundamental differences between tools like LangChain and LangGraph. Despite going through the entire process, I was ultimately rejected solely based on a credit score check.
