Applied on Linkedin. Two weeks later received TimeTrade email to schedule 30-minute phone interview. Interviewed by recruiter Riz Baldovino. Asked specific questions about my resume and experience. Same day received email to authorize background check. Next day scheduled interview with AVP Retail Banking and Branch Manager. I was offered the job the next day. Boom!

Took about an hour and the recruiter asked typical standard questions. Recruiter was fast to respond but the pay rang was low. Did not move forward with the process as they were not flexible on your salary range

Interview
The hiring and interviewing process started with a phone screen interview to determine if your skills and experience match the position you applied for. If it does match, then you will get an invitation for a face to face interview. During the face to face interview, the interviewer will make sure that you are talking about yourself as well as what you know about the company and how your skills relate to the position you applied for.
