The interview process was a couple steps, initially a phone interview, and then an onsite interview. The initial phone interview was just standard questions, can you describe a difficult time, things of that nature. The onsite interview went into my background, asking questions about previous positions. I emailed them after the interview, and never heard anything again. They told me I would hear back one way or the other and never did.

I applied through my university website and was contacted by HR and then the Hiring Manager for phone interviews. I then had a five hour in person interview, which I felt like was a little too long, especially considering their emphasis on being a lean organization. Everyone that I met with was very genuine and friendly. The managers all were very sharp and the interviews were much more laid back then the typical behavioral-based questions. I did receive an offer, but chose to decline it. My advice to anyone who applies with Prysmian is to be genuine and they will appreciate you for it. My advice to Prysmian is to shorten final interviews as well as make more competitive initial salary offers to candidates you view as top talent. At the end of the day, my experience was positive and I see a lot of potential in this group and would definitely recommend them to anyone I know.
